1. Who we are

BakeStands.info is a hyperlocal directory operated by Manner Media LLC, based in Hawaiʻi. We connect customers with local bake stands, home bakeries, and roadside cottage kitchens across the United States. These terms govern your use of the BakeStands.info website and all associated subdomains.

2. Listings and operator accounts

If you list your bake stand on BakeStands.info, you agree to provide accurate information including your business name, contact details, address, and hours of operation. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Manner Media LLC reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content at our sole discretion.

Listings are activated upon successful payment through Stripe. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically on their billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting us directly, and your listing will remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

3. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. BakeStands.info does not store your payment card information. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, but if you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment and your listing has not yet been activated on the site, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

Coupon codes are subject to availability and expiration dates. A coupon may not be applied after a payment has already been completed.

4. Content you provide

By submitting a listing, you grant Manner Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your business name, description, photos, hours, and contact information on BakeStands.info and in related promotional materials. You represent that you own or have the right to use any content you submit, including photographs.

You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Visitor use

BakeStands.info is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy, or republish directory content in bulk without written permission from Manner Media LLC. Individual business contact details displayed on this site may not be used for unsolicited marketing or spam.

6. Accuracy of listings

BakeStands.info displays information provided by operators. We do not independently verify hours, availability, pricing, or product offerings. Stand hours and inventory change frequently. We recommend contacting a stand directly before making a trip, as information on the site reflects what operators have provided and may not reflect real-time availability.

7. Maps and location data

Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors. Pin locations are placed by operators and represent approximate stand locations. BakeStands.info is not responsible for inaccurate pin placement or navigation errors resulting from map data.

8. Limitation of liability

BakeStands.info and Manner Media LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your reliance on listing information, or your transactions with listed operators. We provide the directory as a connection tool only and are not a party to any transaction between visitors and operators.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of BakeStands.info after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
